Houses in the Central Florida area with well water should be tested for bacteria & chemical contamination on a regular basis. If you are buying a home with a well, we highly recommend having a sample taken of the water.

All water samples are sent to a State of Florida approved water testing laboratory for analysis. The results will be made available in a few days depending on the type of tests being perform.
